These terms cover your use of mathersoftware.com. Each of our products has its own terms, agreed when you sign up to it; those govern the product, not this page.

You may read this site and contact us through it. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit automated bulk messages through the contact form.

What this site is and is not

The content here is descriptive information about our company and our work. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this page creates a contract to supply anything; work for clients is agreed separately in writing.

Contacting us

Sending us a message does not create a client relationship or oblige us to take on work. Please do not send us anything confidential before we have agreed in writing to receive it.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to Mather Software Ltd, except where third-party names and marks appear. Client and product names are used to identify the work they refer to and remain the property of their respective owners. You may quote and link to this site; you may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

Links out

This site links to our products and to sites we have built for clients. We do not control the content of any site once it leaves our hands and we are not responsible for it.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be available uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
